Welcome to Koromiko Designs. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Products

 

All items are handmade using high-quality Australian double braided rope and leather. 
Colours, sizes, and designs may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of our products. 
Custom orders are made to the specifications you provide and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Orders & Payment

 

 

Orders are confirmed once payment is received. 
We accept major payment methods offered on our site, including Afterpay (where available).
Prices are shown in AUD and may change without notice.

Shipping & Fulfillment

 

 

Orders are shipped via Australia Post from Croppa Creek, NSW. 
Standard shipping times and costs are displayed at checkout. Custom orders otherwise organised can be delayed up to 2-3 weeks.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Adjustments

 

 

As each item is handcrafted, no refunds or returns are offered unless the product is faulty. 
Adjustments (such as resizing) can be arranged. Customers are responsible for return postage.
Faulty products must be reported within 7 days of delivery for repair or replacement.

Liability

 

 

Designs is not liable for misuse of products. Rope gear should only be used as intended.

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their animals.

Privacy

 

 

We respect your privacy. Personal information is collected only for order processing and will never be shared or sold.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on this website.
