At Koromiko Designs, every halter, lead, whip, and custom order is handmade with care using durable Australian rope and leather.

Returns & Exchanges

 

• As each product is handcrafted, we do not accept returns or refunds once an item has been purchased.
• If your item arrives with a fault or defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it so we can arrange a repair, adjustment, or replacement.
• We are happy to make minor adjustments (such as resizing) where possible. The customer is responsible for postage costs when sending items back for adjustment.

Custom Orders

 

 

• Custom and personalized orders cannot be refunded, as they are made to your specifications.
• Please ensure you provide accurate measurements and colour choices before ordering.
