• All orders are handmade and processed within 2–5 business days.
• Custom orders may take longer depending on design requirements.

Shipping Methods

• Orders are shipped via Australia Post from Croppa Creek, NSW.
• Standard and Express options are available at checkout.
• Tracking numbers are provided where applicable.

Delivery Times (Estimated)

• Standard Shipping (Australia): 3–10 business days
• Express Shipping (Australia): 1–3 business days
• International Shipping (if available): 7–21 business days (subject to customs delays)

Shipping Costs

• Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
• Free local pickup may be available by arrangement.

• Once your order has been shipped, Koromiko Designs is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by postal services.
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we cannot replace items sent to the wrong address.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

 

 

 

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos so we can assist.
• Lost parcels must be followed up with Australia Post. We will assist where possible.
